We bought our dream retirement home in Ford's Colony and then COVID hit, so we had to postpone moving to Williamsburg. We made a decision to rent our house. Allison Miller has been our property manager at Liz Moore for the last 2 years and we could not be more pleased. She made everything about the process of marketing and renting our home easy. Allison is always on top any issue. We felt like we had a relative or close friend watching out for our property. Our tenants have expressed what a pleasure it has been to do business with Allison and Liz Moore. You really can't ask for better service. She has been there to help us with minor problems before they escalated, like the stove breaking when supply chain issued made it difficult to get a new one.

My rentals properties are managed exceptionally well. Liz Moore has a team of professionals involved in the care and maintenance of the properties. When a property is onboarded, pictures are taken and tenants interviewed and told what to expect from the management teams. Afterwards, Tenants are able to talk with someone if they have an issue and get it resolved immediately. The transfer process to Liz Moore & Assoc Property Management was definitely a smart decision.
